Shipping informations
Packages are usually shipped within 48-72 hours after receipt of payment. They are shipped via the carrier chosen by our supplier and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via a method chosen by Tekamaka if it is more efficient. Please contact us if you have any questions about the delivery method. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Delivery times for your package can vary from 7 to 30 days. The average is however 15 days.
In case of complaint on delivery, you can contact customer service within 3 working days of receipt of your package that will tell you the procedure to follow.

Return conditions
Returns are possible for 14 days after your delivery. Returns must be by a tracking shipping. The refund occurs within 7 days of the delivery.
Before any return, you have to make the request directly by the contact form on our website. You should specify your order number.
Any damaged or opened item will be refused.
